Biography
Tom joined Regions Financial Corporation in 2016 as a Director and focuses on Software, Services and Internet Banking. He has extensive experience advising both corporate and private-equity backed clients with transactions and knowledge spanning M&A, debt origination/refinancing, equity and corporate advisory.
Prior to joining Regions, Tom was a member of SunTrust Robinson Humphrey’s Technology, Media, and Telecommunications coverage team, with a specialization in the Internet & Digital Media sectors. Prior to that, he spent several years in TMT Investment Banking coverage roles at UBS and Citigroup. Earlier in his career, Tom was an Equity Research Analyst at SG Cowen. Tom received a BA from Amherst College and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
